Founded & Purpose
Established in June 2016 (8 Ramadan 1437 AH), the university was formed during the Yemeni conflict to address the urgent demand for specialized healthcare and applied sciences education in Yemen . It holds the distinction of being the first public university in Yemen dedicated exclusively to medical and applied sciences .

Guided by its motto “A bridge from education to learning,” the university aims to equip highly qualified professionals to support national health system development and foster academic excellence .
