The Bachelor’s Program in Islamic Economic Law at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto focuses on the study and development of legal principles governing economic and business activities based on Islamic law and the Indonesian legal system. The program integrates fiqh muamalah, Islamic commercial law, contract law, banking and financial law, halal industry regulation, dispute resolution, legal research, and contemporary developments in digital and global economic transactions. Students are equipped with the theoretical knowledge, analytical skills, professional ethics, and practical competencies required to formulate, review, and resolve legal issues related to Islamic banking, financial institutions, business agreements, entrepreneurship, waqf, zakat, and other sharia-based economic activities. Through academic learning, legal practice, research, and community engagement, the program prepares graduates to become legal practitioners, sharia compliance officers, mediators, researchers, consultants, and professionals capable of promoting fair, ethical, inclusive, and sustainable economic practices in accordance with Islamic principles and national law.

  • Heath Document: Health Certificate and Drug Free Certificate
  • Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
