The Bachelor’s Program in Comparative Schools of Islamic Jurisprudence at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto focuses on the comparative and interdisciplinary study of Islamic legal schools, their methodological foundations, legal reasoning, and responses to classical and contemporary issues. The program integrates fiqh, usul al-fiqh, comparative jurisprudence, Islamic legal theory, fatwa studies, Indonesian law, human rights, conflict resolution, and socio-legal research. Students are equipped with the knowledge and analytical skills required to examine differences among Islamic legal opinions objectively, assess their underlying evidence and methods, and formulate contextual legal solutions that reflect justice, moderation, tolerance, and public benefit. Through academic learning, legal practice, research, and community engagement, the program prepares graduates to become Islamic legal researchers, religious court professionals, legal consultants, mediators, fatwa analysts, educators, and community leaders capable of addressing legal diversity and contemporary challenges within Indonesia’s pluralistic society.

  • Heath Document: Health Certificate and Drug Free Certificate
  • Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
