The Bachelor’s Program in Religious Studies at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto focuses on the academic, comparative, and interdisciplinary study of religions, religious traditions, beliefs, rituals, institutions, and their interactions with society and culture. The program integrates the history and phenomenology of religion, sociology and anthropology of religion, philosophy and psychology of religion, comparative theology, interreligious dialogue, religious conflict resolution, peace studies, and research methodologies. Students are equipped with critical, ethical, and analytical competencies to understand religious diversity, examine contemporary religious and social issues, promote tolerance and religious moderation, and contribute to peaceful coexistence in a pluralistic society. Through academic learning, research, fieldwork, and community engagement, the program prepares graduates to become researchers, educators, interfaith facilitators, conflict-resolution practitioners, social and religious analysts, community development professionals, and public servants capable of strengthening dialogue, social harmony, and inclusive citizenship at local, national, and international levels.

  • Heath Document: Health Certificate and Drug Free Certificate
  • Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
