The Postgraduate Program in Islamic Economic Law focuses on advanced studies of sharia economic law, fiqh muamalah, Islamic financial contracts, Islamic banking law, Islamic capital markets, takaful, fintech, halal industry regulation, zakat and waqf governance, business dispute resolution, consumer protection, and the development of Islamic economic law in national and global contexts. Students learn to analyze legal issues in Islamic economic practices, conduct academic research, formulate legal opinions, and develop solutions for contemporary challenges in sharia-based economic and financial systems. This program prepares graduates to become scholars, researchers, lecturers, legal consultants, sharia economic judges, policy analysts, and professionals who are able to contribute to the development of fair, ethical, and sustainable Islamic economic law.

  • Heath Document: Health Certificate and Drug Free Certificate
  • Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
