The Islamic Community Development Study Program at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto focuses on preparing students to become competent, ethical, and socially responsive community development practitioners based on Islamic values. The program equips students with knowledge and skills in social analysis, community empowerment, participatory planning, advocacy, social entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, and sustainable development. Through the integration of Islamic da’wah, social sciences, and practical community engagement, graduates are expected to be able to design, implement, and evaluate empowerment programs for rural and urban communities, religious institutions, social organizations, and marginalized groups in order to promote social welfare, independence, justice, and transformative change.

Heath Document: Health Certificate and Drug Free Certificate
Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
