Program Objectives Providing students with curricula, principles, and scientific theories in the field of Arabic language. Equipping students with mechanisms of linguistic and critical analysis. Developing students’ proficiency in the Arabic language and enabling them to apply it in their practical lives. Enhancing students’ abilities to prepare original scientific research and to verify and edit Arabic heritage in accordance with modern research methodologies. Providing students with language skills through the use of modern technologies in communication and self-development. Developing students’ linguistic and literary awareness through lectures and seminars, and nurturing creativity and talent. Qualifying students with sound knowledge of Arabic language and literature to enable them to play an effective role in cultural and societal development. Supplying the public and private sectors with academically and ethically qualified competencies to meet societal needs in education, culture, and other fields. Learning Outcomes First: Knowledge and Understanding Skills Graduates will be able to: Identify key concepts and principles in Arabic language and literature. Demonstrate distinguished knowledge and high-level performance in the sciences and skills of the Arabic language. Explain grammatical and morphological rules in Arabic sentence structure. Clarify the most important characteristics and features of the Arabic language that distinguish it from other world languages. Second: Cognitive (Mental) Skills Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to: Develop plans for research projects in the fields of Arabic language sciences and literature. Propose solutions to current linguistic and cultural challenges and design programs to anticipate future developments.
