The Bachelor’s Program in Constitutional Law at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto focuses on the study and development of constitutional governance by integrating constitutional law, administrative law, political institutions, human rights, public policy, electoral law, legislative studies, and Islamic constitutional thought. The program equips students with theoretical knowledge, legal reasoning, research skills, professional ethics, and practical competencies to analyse constitutional issues, evaluate government policies, draft legal documents, and address disputes involving state institutions and public administration. Particular emphasis is placed on democratic governance, the rule of law, social justice, religious moderation, accountable public administration, and the protection of citizens’ constitutional rights within Indonesia’s pluralistic society. Through academic learning, legal practice, research, and community engagement, the program prepares graduates to become legal practitioners, legislative experts, policy analysts, public officials, researchers, and professionals capable of contributing to constitutional development and good governance at local, national, and international levels.

  • Higher Secondary: 1) A recent official photo with a red background (maximum size 10 MB); 2) A scanned copy of the Income Statement of both parents/guardians (salary and other income) certified by the salary treasurer (for employees) or by the Village Head (for non-employees); 3) A scanned copy of the Family Card (KK); 4) A scanned copy of the 2024 or 2025 Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt; 5) A scanned copy of the 2026 or March electricity bill payment receipt; 6) A photo of the front, back, and bathroom of the house compiled into one PDF file as per the format in Attachment 1; 7) A scanned copy of the Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK); 8) A scanned copy of the Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate with the following requirements. • Prospective new students residing in Banyumas Regency are required to upload a Health Certificate and Drug-Free Certificate issued by the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto; • Prospective new students temporarily residing outside of Purwokerto must upload a signed statement stating "I will undergo a drug test at the Isyfina Medika Clinic, UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto" according to the format in Attachment 2. 9) Scanned Statement of the Truth and Validity of the UKT Documents. (Attachment 3)
