My university experience was a combination of technical learning, hands-on projects, teamwork, and continuous problem-solving. One of the biggest highlights was being able to apply what I learned in class to real engineering projects rather than relying only on theory. Through my graduation project, I worked with robotics, ROS, sensors, localization, computer vision, and autonomous navigation, which helped me understand how different engineering disciplines come together to build a complete system. Student activities also played a major role in my development. Being part of the Neutrino Racing Team gave me the opportunity to work in a real team environment, take responsibility for technical tasks, work under deadlines, and learn from people with different engineering backgrounds. These activities taught me skills that are difficult to gain from lectures alone, especially communication, teamwork, leadership, troubleshooting, and dealing with unexpected problems. The challenging part was balancing academic requirements with projects, competitions, and extracurricular activities. There were many situations where something would not work as expected, whether it was a mechanical design, simulation, electronics, or software. However, these challenges taught me to be patient, research independently, test different solutions, and not be afraid of failure. For future students, I would strongly recommend getting involved in student activities and practical projects as early as possible. Do not focus only on grades; build things, join teams, participate in competitions, document your work, and learn tools beyond the university curriculum. The university gives you the foundation, but your projects, experiences, and the problems you learn to solve are what will eventually shape you as an engineer.
