A university with countless opportunities to learn

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at New Anglia University so far. One of the things I value most is having opportunities to put what I learn into practice. i love my life here

After spending more than a year at NAU, I have had sufficient time to experience student life in Anguilla beyond the academic environment. Moving to a completely different country for medical school was a significant personal decision, and adapting to a new environment required some adjustment. I have come to appreciate the opportunity to live somewhere with a very different pace and atmosphere from what I was accustomed to. The island also provides a clear separation between university responsibilities and personal time, which I have found useful during demanding periods of study. My experience of Anguilla has become an important part of my overall experience at NAU rather than simply being the location of the university.

Premed Allowed Me To Be More Disciplined With Independent Study

The online format has required me to become considerably more disciplined with my time. There is a certain amount of responsibility that comes with studying from home, because I have to make sure that I remain consistent with revision and do not allow difficult topics to accumulate. I now keep a much more organised study routine and try to review material while it is still fresh. This has been an important development for me because medical education requires a sustained level of independent study, and I think the habits I am developing now will remain useful later.
